This initial scaffold does not create user accounts, sell personal information, or use cross-site advertising trackers. Standard security and availability logs may include request metadata such as an IP address, user-agent, requested path, response status, and timing.

Public records

Patent and trademark records can contain names, mailing addresses, and other information submitted to public government systems. The production migration must preserve a documented correction and removal-request process while distinguishing source corrections from site-cache refreshes.
